• Bring MLS print-outs for distribution.
• Must stay for whole tour.
• Coordinator will be responsible for “mapping” tour.

Properties to be included must be either less than 30 days on the market AND have not been previously included in a broker Caravan Tour. Should we not have the sufficient number of properties for tour, the tour coordinator can make an exception based on a first come first served system.

Tour route to be mapped by tour coordinator; minimum six properties per tour, maximum of eight. Geographic location of property will sometimes determine when it can be included. Only one property per listing agent per tour.
