How to Join the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS®

Joining Kent Washington Association of REALTORS® (KWAOR) as a REALTOR® member is easy! Just complete and submit the membership application along with the one-time $100 application fee and appropriate dues.  As part of the Three Way Agreement with the National Association of REALTORS®, we are required to collect Local, State and National dues.  Your member status includes membership with the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®

Once your application and payment have been received and processed, you’ll be granted Provisional membership status. Provisional Members are REALTOR® members and are subject to all of the same privileges and obligations of membership.  All new members must attend a New Member Orientation and a New Member Code of Ethics training within 180 days of application.

Business Partner/Affiliate membership with Kent Washington Association of REALTORS® is an easy process! Membership is obtained by submitting a completed application along with the appropriate dues amount payment. Annual dues of $225 and are pro-rated on a monthly basis.
